Emily's Brew started with a simple belief: coffee should taste like what it actually is. Not burnt, not over-extracted, not masked by syrup. Just the genuine flavor of a well-grown bean, prepared with intention.
We work directly with roasters who share that philosophy, selecting lots that showcase the terroir of their origin. Each batch is roasted in small quantities so nothing fades before it reaches your cup.
Our space on North Washington is quiet, unpretentious, and designed for the kind of coffee experience that doesn't need noise to be memorable. Come for the pour-over. Stay for the pastry. Leave with a bag to take home.
